PLANS
Currently, our colocation plans require
that you do at least 1mb/s per month. As a colocation client
you will only pay for connectivity; thus, you will never pay
any setup or rack fees. Most importantly, you will benefit from
our reliable network connectivity and managed services and support.
You may choose to be billed on either
a per GB or per MBPS basis. |

EXTRA USAGE:
Each GB of data transfer you do in excess of your chosen plan's
limit will be billed at your initial pay rate; unlike some hosting
companies, we do not penalize you for requiring extra transfer.
However, in some cases, if you select a plan more accurately
you will benefit from a lower overall pay rate. For more information,

Speed Plan Information" here.
BUYING IN BULK:
If you wish to pay for a set of months
in advance, you can select one of the higher plans and take
advantage of the very low pay rates we offer. Please
contact us if you're interested in purchasing a bulk

EXTRA TRANSFER:
If
you exceed the limitations of your current plan you can easily
upgrade to a new plan. If you utilize only a percentage of MBPS
higher than your current plan, then we can bill you the same
percentage of the RATE/MBPS fee on top of your standard monthly
bill. Otherwise, you should upgrade your plan.

NETWORK
MONITORING:
Each colocated server is monitored on
various network levels to ensure that your web sites are running
smoothly and securely. Distributed logging mechanisms are
implemented in order to automate this task and facilite our
awareness of any potential problems.
SITE
MONITORING:
Each
colocated server is fully managed by our team of system and
network administrators. If you ever have any trouble with
your server, you can rest assured that console access is only
a phone call or live chat away, 24/7.
SITE BACKUPS:
Site backups are available upon request.
BILLING
METHOD FOR PER MBPS PLAN:
Our
high speed dedicated per mbps plans are calculated at the
95th percentile. In essence, what this means is that you can
select a lower minimum usage rate. The top 5% of usage is
not counted towards your bandwith level; consequently, your
site may spike up to a much higher level at peak times or
on special occasions with no added penalty. On a capped dedicated
server you have to worry about your site(s) slowing down in
the middle of the day as your usages approach the bandwidth
cap, whereas with a burstable plan your site never slows down
and infrequent large spikes in bandwidth do not cost you additional
money. Your bandwith will be reported to you through a real
time graphical interface via MRTG.
